'A Dirty Book Is Rarely Dusty'

I found the work of Byggstudio in the sep 08 issue of Grafik magazine, they used their vectorized book font for the cover

. At first glance i did not realise that the books made up the lettertype, the piece works well because of the additional books that surround the quote disguise it and adds a subtlety to the piece.

Each type was created by stacking books to resemble the letter, these were then photographed and drawn from.
